Happy stomach is equal to happy you




We were on our annual vacation visiting one of our friends farm house. We were at least five families with lots of kids. It was great fun to be around with your friends as well as have all the time in the world to do your favorite activity. Some of us went for fishing to a nearby lake, some went hiking, some were just relaxing and catching up with their lost sleep on hammock, but some of us went to explore the nature to a nearby hill. We were a group of three people, nature lovers you can say. All of us wandered and recognized new plants, discussed their benefits or peculiar characteristics. The flora and fauna was wonderful, we were amused with the nature’s gift to us. Just a few feet away from us there was a small house and we could sight some people around. We approached them. They welcomed us and seemed to be very friendly. After normal pleasantries they told us that they were doctors and were carrying out some research on natural IBS treatment. This was something very much new to us. So we requested them to explain us in details. They were more than happy to describe it. Here is the excerpt of what they had to tell us.

Irritable bowel syndrome is something which is very much commonly found among humans. irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is basically chronic gastrointestinal disorder caused by unknown factors. Common symptoms of this disorder include abdominal bloating and gassiness, cramping or pain, and altered bowel habits, meaning no regular motions. Irritable bowel syndrome can also be labeled as spastic colon or functional bowel disease. It is not inherited, but is mostly developed due the eating and bowel motion practice of a person himself. This is very common and may not be disastrous, but it definitely has some adverse effects on our health. Following are some of the irritable bowel syndrome remedies: proper intake of food, medical advice and regular exercise. The main reason for this syndrome is consuming gaseous food like dairy products, vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, beans and so on. Avoiding these veggies may help in overcoming this problem. Leaving your stomach light and healthy will certainly have its own benefits. Taking calcium supplement may help many. Combining regular exercise certainly helps in improving overall digestion and health.
